Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy to taste. It mellows, and turns into an opulent hug to your senses.  1kg of coffee beans  from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, ideal for lazy weekends.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast with citrus, sweet and cocoa aroma. It has a silky mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa notes can be traced back to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a book and the warmth of a hug from the family. Pre-heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and creating unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
